Vauxhall slashes van prices for last days of 2008

For van insurance customers looking to buy a new van, there may never be a better time to do so than after Christmas.

In an announcement that is likely to make van insurance policyholders sit up and take notice, vehicle manufacturer Vauxhall has said that it will be dramatically cutting prices on its commercial vehicle range during the last four days of 2008.

"There really has never been a better time to buy a new van," Vauxhall said.

Adding, "Once January has passed, the deals will be gone as well, so customers are advised to act quickly if they want to take advantage."

Van insurance customers may find that, at a reduction of £7,800, it will be hard to resist the charms of the Movano. The Vivaro will be sold at a reduction of £4,100. Alternatively, the Corsavan - Small Van of the Year 2008 - is being sold at a markdown of up to £3,500.
