Road safety charity Brake is offering van drivers workshops on the personal injury that is behind more van insurance claims than any other: whiplash.
More than 100 whiplash-related van insurance claims are made every week in the UK, with the injury costing the UK economy billions of pounds annually.
However, those commercial vehicle drivers attending the fleet-focused workshop will hear that the risk of whiplash can be reduced by 24% by simply fitting the head restraint into the correct position.
Drivers at the workshop will be able to participate in "meet the expert" seminars led by Thatcham's research manager Matthew Avery.
Those in attendance will also be able to Thatcham's crash test laboratory, one of the frontline sites in the war against whiplash-related van insurance claims.
